Cancellation, No Show & Late Arrival Policy

We are thrilled to provide you with Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal.

Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice for cancellation.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time & clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked a month ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, all no-shows, late cancellations & late arrivals are subject to a FULL Charge (100%) of the original appointment. If payment is not received for the missed appointment, all future appointments will be canceled.

For the same reasons, if you are late, you will be charged the full rate for the appointment; as I allow 15 minutes between appointments to clean & prep the clinic for the next client. Therefore, if you are 5 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment then the actual treatment will be 25 minutes, but you will be charged for a 30-minute appointment.
